"QRMASTER+QRKey" LOCK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM "QRMASTER " is an online lock management app, for rental office manager or rental apartment manager use. Its functions includes lock setting, lock management, member management, customer management and key sharing. QRcode key should be refreshed every 3 minutes to improve the safety. The shared QRcode key is also time limited, and need verification code."QRKey" is an App for only gain QRcode keys. When guest rent an office or apartment room, the manager will give him an authority to open the office or room door lock from QRMASTER APP, then guest should use QRKEY APP to gain the QRcode key. Of course if the guest do not download the QRkey APP, then the QRcode key can also be shared to other chat platform (like wechat, QQ, SMS). QRkey APP do not have management authority of the door locks. FAQ About QRLOCK1. What is QRLOCK?
Answer: QRLOCK is a door lock unlocked by scanning QR code key which generated from phone Application. And in order to satisfy user's needs and requirements of different service conditions, there are models with password and RF card unlocking functions for option. 2. Does the QRLOCK need to connect the internet? If the lock is off-line, how does it know the QR code key is correct or wrong?
Answer: No, QRLOCK is off-line, but the lock key (QR code) is on-line. After installed the QRLOCK, we need to use QRMASTER App to configure the lock. After the lock scanned the authorization QRcode and room QRcode, the lock will remember the encrypted information for this room and also the lock will get recent time during this configuration step. When guest scan the QRcode to the door lock, the lock decode the QRcode, and check all the encrypted information and time with its memory. If all information are correct, then lock open; if anyone information is wrong, then the lock won't open. 3. Is the QRLOCK unlocked by Wechat?
Answer: First, the owner/ manager can send QRcode key to anyone chat platform (wechat, QQ, skype, whatsApp, SMS, email, etc.), then others can use the QRcode key to open lock. Second, develop your own Wechat official account, and integrate the QRkey function inside wechat, then your guests can get QRkey from App. 4. Where to use the QRLOCK?Answer: QRLOCK includes door lock and access control reader and elevator control reader, which are widely used in hotel, apartment, office, residential places, school, storage box and other extended areas. 5. How to get QR code key? Is it complex? Can we use a third party App?
Answer: According to different conditions, people can get QR code key from different methods. We QRLOCK company supply QRMASTER management software which includes functions of lock setting, lock management, authority assignment, getting QR code key. It is not complex to operate, just follow the manual. If customer wants to use the third party software to get QR code key, we can supply API SDK interface. But the SDK is charged, not free. With the third party phone App, the user can booking, making payment, getting key from it. And also can get nearby shopping place and restaurants and games on the third party App. Because of key, guests will use this App often. But the App can insert numerous information, not only QRcode key, that is the additional value. 6. Is the QRLOCK powered by electric or battery?
Answer: The QR door lock is powered by 4 pcs AA batteries, which can be used for about 10 months. When the voltage is lower than 4.8V, the lock will alarm to change battery. The QR access control reader and elevator control reader is powered by electric line. 7. How about the warranty?
Answer: warranty is 1 years. 8. If use QRLOCK in hotel, does guest still need to register in reception desk?
Answer: From the QRLOCK function respective, guests do not need to go to reception desk any more, he can check-in directly. But there are many hotels will need to check guest ID card or passport. So there are two solutions for that: 1), guest book room and make payment on the website, and require guest to upload ID card copy or passport copy online. Hotel staff check the guest information online and send a booking number to him. When guest check-in, he go to the reception desk, and provide the booking number, and then reception staff issue the QRcode key to his phone. By this way, it can decrease reception staff works and man made errors, guests also do not need to wait for a too long time. 2), To make a kiosk to do this job. Guest booked and made payment, he will get a booking number. When he check-in, he put enter his booking number into the kiosk, the kiosk will require him to put his ID card or passport on the scanner. The kiosk will scan it, and issue QRcode key to his phone. If the hotel do not need to check guest ID and passport, hotel can issue QRcode key to guest directly after received payment. 9. Is the QRLOCK safe enough? How about if anyone copy my QRcode?
Answer: A QRcode is only valid for 3 minutes, do not need to worry about it will be copied.
