1, what is single pattern? What is double pattern?
Ans:single pattern is the guest card can open the door directly;
Double pattern is you must swipe guest card and service card, or you cannot open the door.
2, How to change single and double pattern?
Ans:Press the button "S1" on the PCB,leave your hand immediately when hear"beep",in this state, the card you set is in single pattern program;
Press the button "S" on the PCB for 2 seconds,,leave your hand immediately when hear"beep, beep", the card you set is in double pattern program;
3 do it need to change PCB with single and double?
Ans:No,same PCB, different configuration method.
4. no need to chang PCB with different pattern, is it convenient formaintaining?
Ans:Yes.
5. alkaline battery must be used?
Ans:yes,this is the basic common sense,if you use the ordinary battery or charged battery,the function will make trouble.
6. safe hole is necessary?
Ans:Yes,it is.If not,in case the battery out of power or the PCB is broken, you cannot use mechanical open the door, the only way to open is broke the door.
7. how to set master card? And what functions it have?
Ans:you can set an arbitrary card as the master card , just press the button on the PCB to initialize,the first you swipe is the master card, there is three function it have open door,, set card and delete card.

Ans:yes,after initialize,the first you swipe is the master card.
9. how many guest cards can be set in single pattern?
Ans:generally speaking, it can set one, but the maxmum is 254pcs, we can make according to the customer's need.
10. how many guest card and service card in double card pattern?
Ans:only one guest card, 253 service card.when you use the master to set card, te first card is guest card, the second to the 252th card is service card.
11. can a service card open 10,100 and 1000 doors?
Ans:Yes, it can open N doors.
12 Only one master card is the best?
Ans:Yes,one is better to manage.
13. which card should be swipe first in double card pattern? Guest card or service card?
Ans:No order.
14, special requirement for battery?
Ans:yes,you must use the high energy and alcaline battery,can not use the bastardly and expired battery,if so, the following results will be occured:
1) cannot open the door;
2) cannot set the card;
3) fault will be happened in a week;
4) decay PCB etc.
15, will it alarm when it is low power?
Ans:yes,it will alarm when the power is lower than≤3.6V,bule light flicker and you can hear three short sound.
16, how many times and how long can the lock open when in low power?
Ans: 500 times,about half a month,but we suggest you change battery in time.
17,the card lost, what can I do?
Ans:Swipe the master card ten times to delete all the cards, the lost card can noe open the lock.
18 can master card open lock or delete card.
